Listen and Respect

In any relationship, being between two persons or two companies (which in the end is between persons) progress is made only by in-depth understanding the other. "In-depth" in the broadest sense of the word. Listen to the other and understand the questions as embedded in a broader perspective. Respect the view of the person or company as it is his or her's perspective most probably built on long experience. Two great minds will connect only when being open. This is what open-minded is about.
