Integrity and Transparency
So many dead-ends have been reached and projects have turned sour, because of not being honest or open. Not speaking up. Early identification of road-blocks, analysis based on transparent data and open-minded reviews to avoid walking down the wrong track can potentially avoid such. If things do not work out it is better to inform early, because later on down the road the consequences typically have become exponentially larger. Yet another aspect of integrity lies within self-knowledge. Nobody, including MarCable Consulting, has complete knowledge and capabilities. If such becomes clear in the early phase of negotiations, it is better not to take an assignment rather to promise the stars in the skies.
